Lo Paseo<\/strong> is a restaurant<\/strong> with a section of sales of local products placed in Ulldecona<\/strong> (Montsi\u00e0).<\/span><\/p>\n

The setting up of the restaurant was sponsored by Vicent Guimer\u00e0, prestigious chef of L\u00b4Antic Mol\u00ed, awarded a Michelin star. Little by little the way of doing of Vanessa Cornelles, cook of Lo Paseo since April 2019 has become increasingly important and she is the kitchen manager since November 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lo Paseo offers seasonal cuisine<\/strong>, a cuisine of traditional dishes up to date.\u00a0<\/span>We mainly work with products of our privileged area, from Delta de l\u00b4Ebre rice to Montsi\u00e0-Baix Ebre oils, citrus fruits from Alcanar, hanging tomato from Alcala de Xivert, Terra Alta wines, Benicarl\u00f3 artichokes, or, among others, fresh fish from our fish market.\u00a0<\/span>This corner of the world midway between northern Castell\u00f3, southern Tarragona and a little piece of Terol, that holds the world\u00b4s greatest concentration of thousand-year-old olive trees, cave paintings designated by Unesco as part of the world heritage, a significant civil modernist heritage, and a taste for the life with no rush and enjoyment.\u00a0<\/span>This land and character is the one we want to inspire Lo Paseo cuisine. \u201cArrossejats\u201d, \u201callipebres\u201d<\/i> and casseroles, beans and green peas, green beans, baked Lamb and mackerel \u201cxapat\u201d without renouncing the modern way of cooking, foams, low temperatures or international touches.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nTuesday closed for the rest of the staff.
\nWednesday we serve midday menu.
\nThursday we serve midday menu.
\nFriday we serve midday menu and \u00e0 la carte menu in the evening.
\nSaturday we serve midday saturday menu and \u00e0 la carte menu in the evening.
\nSunday we serve midday menu.<\/p>\n

Weekday menu <\/span><\/strong>includes a starter, a main course and a dessert to choose from three options (in each case)<\/span>. To be eaten in Lo Paseo or to be taken away by prior reservation, as you prefer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday, Sunday and public holiday lunches have a tasting menu consisting of 6 dishes (five salted and a savoury one). This menu changes every week or public holiday in order to adapt it as much as possible to the seasons of the land.<\/p>\n

We have children\u00b4s menu for children under 13 years. It includes macaroni with homemade tomato sauce and\u00a0 <\/span>grated cheese, pan-fried chicken breast with fries and ice cream as a dessert. You can also choose just half the menu, only macaroni or only chicken breast.<\/span><\/p>\n
